.Left untreated, asphalt will rapidly break down. The asphalt binder that hold the pavement together begins to oxidize and weather soon after installation. Moisture penetrates causing damage. With our climate changes from summer heat to winter freeze asphalt will fail if not treated. Cracks develop allowing moisture in cold weather pushes your asphalt apart opening cracks further . The hot summer days burn the asphalt binder. 

Seal coat protects your asphalt from those harsh conditions. Replenishing the asphalt  and protecting it from future weather Sun, Rain, Snow, Frost, and Chemicals.

Absolute Asphalt applies seal coat  to protect your investment. We also seal cracks with hot tar to keep water out extending the life of your asphalt.
